Do you clean homes and businesses?
Yes. I clean windows for homes and low-level commercial properties across Perth and the surrounding villages.
How do I book?
Fill in the quote form or give me a call. Once you're happy with your quote, I'll add you to my round.
How soon will I get my quote?
I aim to reply within 24 hours on business days, Monday to Friday.

Which areas do you cover?
Perth, Bertha Park, Huntingtower and Almond Valley, Methven, Glenalmond, Scone, Bridge of Earn, St Madoes, Almondbank and Pitcairngreen, Auchterarder and Gleneagles, and the villages around them.
Is it cheaper to have my windows cleaned more often?
Yes. 4-weekly cleans are my best value. 8-weekly cleans cost around 25% more per visit, because there's more dirt to shift each time.
Your clean
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
Just make sure I can get to every window, which usually means leaving back gates and any other access points unlocked. Please also keep all your windows closed on the day, so I can clean the frames properly. You don't need to be home.
Can I skip or reschedule a clean?
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice. Give me a call or send a message using the form on this page.
How long does a clean take?
It depends on the size of your home. Some take as little as 10 minutes, and larger properties can take up to an hour.
Do you clean in the rain?
Yes. Pure water cleaning works in the rain, so I stick to your schedule wherever I can. Very heavy rain, ice or snow can occasionally cause a short delay.
Are you insured?
Yes. I'm fully licensed by Perth & Kinross Council and carry public liability insurance.
What if I'm not happy with the finish?
Let me know within 24 hours and I'll come back and re-clean it free of charge.
Water-fed poles
What is a water-fed pole system?
It's an extendable pole with a brush on the end that sprays purified water onto your windows. It lets me clean windows up to three storeys high from the ground, with no ladders.
Why are my windows still wet when you leave?
The purified water has every mineral filtered out, so it dries without leaving spots or streaks. Wet windows after a clean are completely normal.
Payment
How do I pay?
After each clean you get an instant invoice by email or text. You can pay by card or bank transfer using the secure link, or set up automatic payments through GoCardless or Stripe, which is my preferred option. Payment is only taken after the job is done.
