How ExoClean Perth looks after the details you give me. Last updated October 2026.
Who I am
ExoClean Perth is run by Craig Carr, a sole trader based in Perth. I'm responsible for any personal information you give me through this website or as a customer.
What I collect
- Your name, address, phone number and email address.
- Details about your property and the job, including any photos you send with a quote request.
- Messages you send me through the contact form, by email, text, WhatsApp or Messenger.
- Payment details, if you pay by direct debit or card. These are handled by GoCardless and Stripe, not stored by me.
How I use it
Only to run my window cleaning service for you: preparing your quote, replying to messages, booking you onto my round, sending reminders the day before a clean, invoicing and taking payment. I don't use your details for marketing unless you ask me to, and I never sell them.
I use your details because you've asked me for a quote or a service (taking steps towards, and carrying out, a contract with you), and to reply to questions you send me.
Who helps me
A few trusted services handle your details on my behalf:
- Cloudflare: hosts this website, handles the quote and contact forms, and checks form submissions for spam.
- Resend: sends the confirmation emails from the website forms.
- Google Workspace: my business email.
- Squeegee: my customer records, round scheduling and reminder texts.
- Xero: invoicing and accounts.
- GoCardless and Stripe: direct debit and card payments. You can read the GoCardless privacy policy and the Stripe privacy policy.
How long I keep it
I keep your details for as long as you're a customer. After that, I keep invoices and payment records for as long as the law requires for tax purposes, normally six years. If you ask for a quote but don't go ahead, I delete your details within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of the details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them. Just get in touch using the button below. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, which doesn't use cookies or track you across other sites. The spam check on the forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set a cookie that's needed for it to work. The website's font is loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to download it.
Changes to this policy
If I change how I handle your details, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
